We are seeking a detail orientated, highly motivated, person with outstanding customer relation skills to fill the position of Assistant Service Manager in our office. The Assistant Service Manager provides the first contact for our customers on the phone and in person in a professional manner, handles most of the day-to-day functions of the office, which includes the service department and service technicians and varying administrative functions.
Service Department: Field service calls, collect customer information, schedule and dispatch service technicians, planning and oversight of Service Maintenance program, warranty paperwork, answer general questions in regards to heating or cooling, work with customers to solve problems, work with a service customer from initial contact to final payment, maintain customer information in Field Edge for all service aspects.
Accounts Receivable: Create and maintain billing records, collections as needed
Administrative Support: Answering phone, manage all estimate requests from builders and home owners, enter customer information into Field Edge, maintain records, clerical duties, obtain information for superiors as requested.
Office Operations: Maintain records and filings, marketing emails
Other duties as needed.
