We are seeking a candidate who is a mechanically proficient, highly motivated, and a self-starter to fill the position of Residential Install Manager in our heating and air conditioning company. The Residential Install Manager is the primary contact for our residential customers, remodeling contractors, subcontractors and non-service customers. The candidate will be able to develop new and maintain existing relationships to price all remodel work and residential furnace and air conditioner replacements. The candidate will be responsible for the profitability of projects they sell.
Compensation dependent on education and experience. Base salary range $70-90k per year. Position also eligible for sales/profitability bonuses. This is an exempt position. Medical and dental insurance, retirement, paid holidays and vacation included in this position. Company vehicle and cell phone provided.

The Commercial Project Manager is the primary contact for our commercial customers, general contractors, subcontractors and non-service customers. The candidate will be able to develop new and maintain existing relationships to take a project from the planning/estimating stage all the way to completion and closeout of commercial and new construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the profitability of all projects they sell and will manage all projects from start to finish.
Compensation dependent on education and experience. Base salary range $80-100k per year. Position also eligible for sales/profitability bonuses. This is an exempt position.
